The Range Captain shall be responsible for the operation of the range and coordinate the assignment of the active members for range maintenance. The Range Captain shall bring to the attention of the Board of Directors, and the membership where appropriate, all matters pertaining to the range. The Range Captain shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or By-Laws.
SECTION 2. RANGE SECRETARY
The Range Secretary shall be responsible for conducting registration of competitors at all Club Field Tournaments conducted on the field range and the statistical functions in conjunction with the Tournament. He shall keep sufficient records to conduct the N.F.A.A. 20-PIN PROGRAMS and the Monthly Field Tournament Award program and shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or By-Laws.
SECTION 3. League Chair
The League Chair shall be responsible for the Club League Shoots. This includes the setup, take down, keeping of adequate records and presentation of awards. The League Chair shall render a monthly report to the Board of Directors. The League Chair shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or By-Laws.
SECTION 4. HUNT CHAIR
The Hunt Chair shall keep a record of all game legally taken during the year and present appropriate awards at the Annual Banquet. The Hunt Chair shall make this record available to the Board of Directors and the general membership whenever called upon. The Hunt Chair shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or By-Laws
SECTION 5. TOURNAMENT CHAIR
The Tournament Chair shall be responsible for the Club Education programs. Shall be responsible for facilitating the State and International Championships held at the Club. Also, be responsible for promoting archery tournaments and encouraging our membership to attend tournaments and shall maintain records of members who have won state, national and international tournaments and have other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or By-Laws.
SECTION 6. MEMBERSHIP CHAIR
The duties and responsibilities of the Membership Chair are as follows:
1. Process and file Oranco membership applications.
2. Forward applications for CBH/SAA or NFAA for club membership.
3. Obtain a copy of current CBH/SAA or NFAA membership at renewal and may require it at mid year.
4. Notify the membership of upcoming renewals either through the Club Newsletter, Mail, Email or at the General Meeting a minimum of (45) days prior to June 1st.
5. Keep the membership roster up to date with monthly addendum.
6. Coordinate with the Treasurer fees and dues that are collected.
7. Coordinate with the Club President and Range Captain regarding Special and Honorary members.
8. Shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or By-Laws.
SECTION 7. SPECIAL BOARD MEMBER
The immediate Past President automatically becomes the Special Board Member. If the Past President isn’t active or available, a general member with a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of active membership will be appointed by the Board of Directors.
